Chalotra’s debut role was as the main character Jennifer Ashman in the TV drama series Wanderlust (2018). She played the role for a total of 5 episodes. This was followed by appearances in the TV mini-series The ABC Murders (2018) as Lily Marbury and in ten episodes of the TV series Sherwood (2019) as Robin Loxley.
Her breakthrough came as Yennefer of Vengerberg in the TV series The Witcher (2019-2022). Anya Chalotra has been playing the role from season one of the show and reprised her role for the second season.

Since then Anya Chalotra has voiced Lucilia in the TV series Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas (2022), and NEW-GEN.
