Chanelle Peloso’s birth took place on January 21, 1994, in Vancouver, Canada. She was born as Chanelle Christine Peloso to her mother Irene Ivsak, while the details of her father are not known. In April 2021, Peloso and Harquail got engaged. Harquail first proposed to Peloso, to which she said yes. Then Peloso proposed to Harquail, to which she said yes. The pair got married on May 20, 2023, and took her wife's name. They do not have any children yet, and there has been no news of divorce surrounding the pair.

Peloso trained as a gymnast from a young age, which helped her land her debut role in a commercial for gymnastics Barbie.

As an actress, Chanelle Peloso is well known for starring in The Bletchley Circle: San Francisco (2018) as Hailey Yarner, Netflix’s Another Life (2019) as Petra Smith and Sacred Lies (2018), Lifetime’s TV film Poisoned Love: The Stacey Castor Story (2020), and Girl Fight.

Before that, she appeared in many Disney Channel films and series, including Radio Rebel (2012), Neckbrace Girl, and Zapped (2014). She was also involved in numerous Cartoon Network projects, including Level Up and Incredible Crew (2012-2013). Other credits include Growing Up Julianne (2010) as Julianne Maryweather, Level Up (2012) as Natalie, R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour (2012) as Cristien/Emma, and King & Maxwell (2013) as Alina Meshki.
