Who is Demi Bagby?  

Demi Bagby is a CrossFit athlete, bodybuilder, and Instagram star by profession, and American by nationality. She became a fitness expert from her street workouts and calisthenics at the age of 15.

Demi Bagby – Age, Parents, Siblings

Demi Bagby’s birth took place on January 10, 2001, in San Diego, California, USA. She was born as Demito Onaria Bagby to father Forlan Bagby and mother Riza Bagby. 

She is not the only child of her parents and has four siblings- brothers Devon Bagby, Donald Bagby, and sisters Desire Bagby, and Tessa Bagby.

For education, Demi Bagby attended Torrey Pines High School where she was a cheerleader. Following graduation, she is attending San Diego State University. 

Her ethnicity is Caucasian.

Demi Bagby – Accident

In 2014 Demi Bagby suffered a cheerleading accident that resulted in a broken back. She was hospitalized for three months and faced the prospect of never being to walk again. Although devastated, she was inspired by CrossFit and calisthenic athletes’ workout sessions. 

After a long recovery phase, Bagby made a miraculous recovery and as she had vowed, began to pursue a career as a CrossFit athlete at age 15.

Although Bagby basically “grew up” on social media, she is very secretive when it comes to her romantic as well as family life. Not much has been shared when it comes to her love affairs, relationships, and boyfriends.

Currently, Demi Bagby is believed to be a single woman but a secret lover cannot be ruled out.

Early Days

Demi Bagby had always been an athletic person. Growing up she also played soccer before getting into bodyweight training. Following her injury, she documented her recovery and shared them on social media sites. 

Determined to become a  CrossFit athlete she started to perform difficult workouts.

With her physical condition improving, her motivation also peaked. Eventually, Demi Bagby also was introduced to other physical activities including calisthenics, acrobatics, yoga, parkour, lifting, and surfing. 

Her journey from the freak accident to full recovery to a CrossFit athlete and bodybuilding was viewed by millions online. With around two million loyal fan bases on Instagram, she joined YouTube in January 2020.

Demi Bagby also launched her own app named Demi Bagby Fit. She also worked with major brands such as Nutrabolt, and XTEND, among others.
