Who is Jesse Plemons?

Jesse Plemons is an American child actor who started his career as a child actor. He is well known for starring in Friday Night Lights as Landry Clarke, in Breaking Bad as Todd Alquist, El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, Fargo.

Jesse Plemons’ birth took place on April 2, 1988, in Dallas, Texas, USA. He was born Jesse Lon Plemons to his mother Lisa Beth Plemons and his father Jim Bob Plemons. He is not the only child of his parents and has a sibling, an older sister named Jill.

Fr education Jesse Plemons attended Mart High School. But due to his busy schedule as a child actor, he needed to shift to the online program. 

In 2007 he graduated from the Texas Tech University Independent School District. He was enrolled in a distance learning program, which allowed him to earn his high school diploma.

Jesse Plemons was in a relationship with actress Courtney Peterson. The couple dated for years before breaking up in 2014/2015.

He went on to date actress Kirsten Dunst in 2016. After more than a year of dating, he proposed to Dunst in January 2017 which was later confirmed in the summer of 2017. He and his fiancée have a child together. Their son Ennis Howard Plemons was born on May 3, 2018. They welcomed their second child, a baby boy named James Robert Plemons in May 2021.

Plemons and Dunst married on July 2, 2022. He and his wife are in a blissful marriage and there are no rumors of divorce.

Child Actor

Jesse Plemons was only 3 and a half years old when he landed his first gig in a commercial – in a Coca-Cola commercial. When he was 8 years old, with the help of his family, he began to audition for roles in Los Angeles.

Not long after he had appearances in films Varsity Blues (1999), All the Pretty Horses (2000), Like Mike (2002),  When Zachary Beaver Came to Town (2003), and guest roles on numerous TV series such as  CSI  and Grey's Anatomy.

Finally in 2006, at the age of 18, Plemons was cast in NBC’s Friday Night Light as Landry Clark. The show launched his career as an actor and provided him with steady work.
