She went on to date and marry former baseball player Jim Edmonds. Their two sons- twins Hayes Edmonds and Hart Edmonds were born on June 5, 2018. In July 2019, it was revealed that their son Hart had minor Periventricular Leukomalacia on both sides of his brain." He was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy in May 2021. Meghan King and Jim Edmonds separated in 2019 after the MLB player’s alleged infidelity. Their divorce was finalized in May 2021.
King went on to marry Cuffe Biden Owens on 11 October 2021. Her husband is a lawyer who is the son of Valerie Biden Owens. His maternal uncle is the 46th president of the United States Joe Biden. They do not have any children yet.

The career of King before her fame is restricted. However, it is known that she worked for a pathology software firm as a sales representative. Her debut TV appearance was in the reality TV show Resale Royalty (2013), credited as Meghan King Edmonds. She appeared in ten episodes of the show after she began dating baseball player Jim Edmonds.
