Chip and Joanna Gaines launches Magnolia Network- celebrates at the Polo Bar
Home renovation alums Chip and Joanna Gaines enjoyed a much-deserved celebration following the launch of their new Magnolia Network with Discovery+ at the Polo Bar, in Manhattan last week.
At The Polo Bar: Ralph Lauren Restaurant, the couple was pictured with the network’s Allison Page, Discovery CEO David Zaslav, celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern, Johnnyswim music pop duo Abner Ramirez and Amanda Sudano, and HGTV's Fixer Upper Clint Harp.

As the guests dined on the elite restaurant’s signature sliders, a raw bar, summer punch cocktail with fresh watermelon and tequila, Zaslav toasted the Gaines on their new venture.
A source close to PageSix reported that Chip and Joanna “emotionally thanked Zaslav, Page, and the entire Magnolia team in helping build the network.”
Recent success has given the Gaines earlier access- even in restaurants. A source close to the said outlet revealed, “Chip and Joanna had to wait hours to get a table at Polo Bar after their first upfront appearance years ago, and now they were part of a private event there to launch the network.”
Joanna also was seen shopping at Roman and Williams’ RW Guild store in Soho during the day, which insider reveals to be “one of her all-time favorite stores” and “She was there for nearly an hour.”
Joanna Gaines too posted a dining picture from the Polo Bar with Chip, “There’s no one I’d rather eat an entire platter of sliders with after a dream of a week. launching @magnolianetwork. Thank you all for celebrating with us this week!”
